1Can I use any name for my account?
Yes, when you register with Mailem, you can use any name as the account name.
Choose a name that allows you to easily see and quickly recognize which account you are actively using.
2How can I change my account name?
To change a Mailem account name:
- In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
- Type the new name on the “Name” field
- Click on the “Update Profile” button.
3How can I change my login email?
To change the login email on your Mailem account:
- In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
- Type your new login email in the “Email” field.
- Click on the “Update Profile” button.
4How can I change my password?
To change the password to your Mailem account:
- In the menu under your account name, click on the “Profile” tab to navigate to the Profile Settings page.
- Click on the “Security” tab in the menu on the left.
- Type your current password and your new password in the “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.
- Click on the “Update Password” button to save the change.
5How can I reset my password?
To reset the password to your Mailem account:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” from the Login Page (or simply click here).
- Type your login email address.
- Click on the “Send Reset Link” button.
- Go to your email inbox and open the email with the title “Reset Your Password - Mailem.io”.
- Click on the “Reset My Password” link in the email.
- Type your login email and your new password.
- Click on the “Change Password” button.
